    I used to be a big fan of this location, but recently every time I come I feel like the donuts have been stale and the coffee is burnt which really disappoints me because my family loves Tim Hortons. The staff here is super friendly and have always been nice wether I was in the drive thru or ordering inside which has kept me coming back hoping for a different result which I never get.

    I do appreciate that they expanded the drive thru a few years ago as it makes the wait times relatively short. Even with the friendly staff I recommend going to the lower vanier location as they I have not had the same issues here.

    This Tim Hortons has terrible service. I've been sitting in my car 20 mins just for a coffee. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?? This is ridiculous. Just the cost of gas waiting for this coffee. They can't even explain why. Unbelievable. I won't stop here anymore.

    This is by far the very worst Tim Hortons location I've ever attended. Very rarely do they ever have a full stock of product on hand for purchase. Many many times I've visited there only to discover that they're out of a particular flavor of donuts or timbits or whatever. In fact, it's every single time I've ever been there. Actually, for some reason, all of the locations in Aylmer are exactly like this. No exception. Additionally, the customer service, at least at this specific location, is absolutely horrible. I recently drove up to the empty drive-thru one evening and waited for over three minutes for someone to come on the speaker. No one did. So I backed out of there, parked, and walked in instead, only to find the young drive-thru girl socializing with a buddy of hers at the window, quite obviously not even paying attention to her queues. Also... Very often I've not been served by anyone who's able (or maybe even willing) to speak English to me. I've now made a concerted effort to no longer give any of my business to any of Aylmer's locations and to spread the word to as many of my acquaintances as possible.

    A good, dependable Tim Horton's location in my neighbourhood. It's one of the stand-alone Timmy's and so is open 24/7. It has the free wifi you expect and has the full range of Tim Hortons menu options. It also had a drive-thru, very handy on mornings where you don't have enough time to eat a normal breakfast: you can easily grab some good food for breakfast on the go.

    Big bonus: the staff at this location is particularly friendly in English and in French.
